Editorial methodology

TelcoBrief uses an AI agent to find public sources, write, check information, translate and prepare publication. The workflow runs from an editorial task at the site owner’s request; scheduled automatic publication is disabled. We do not guarantee independent human review of every article.

The agent searches operator, regulator and other verifiable documents, checks dates and distinguishes independent reporting from copies of a press release. Our editorial rule requires two independent domains, a primary source where available and support for factual claims. Company claims are attributed; facts, announcements and expectations remain distinct.

The agent writes in its own voice and prepares Spanish, English and Portuguese from the same facts. It reviews claims and equivalence across languages, records sources and separates event dates from publication dates. No fictional journalist names are used.

Before publication, technical checks cover length, dates, links, sources, duplication and the integrity of the recorded review. These checks do not guarantee that every claim is correct: semantic verification also depends on the agent and can fail. Photos require provenance, license, credit and relevance checks; archive images are labeled. Publication without an image is allowed when none is suitable.

An editorial tool publishes articles with a change record. Stories keep their URLs and remain in the archive after leaving the front page. Corrections preserve publication dates, add update dates and explain changes. Withdrawals leave a notice at the original URL; category or tag corrections do not rewrite the article.

Use “Report an error” on each story or Contact to send the URL, disputed passage and a source that can support a check. Brightcomms’ public contact channel receives these requests; there is no automatic response service or guaranteed resolution time.
